【摘要】 传统的Lefort型截骨术在矫治唇腭裂患者继发面中部畸形时存在着截骨线位置低,不能有效地关闭口鼻腔瘘,术后上颌骨仍为分离的两部分等缺点。作者采用高位Lefort　I型截骨术并同期行腭部骨裂隙及牙槽嵴裂植骨、修复口鼻腔瘘对15例患者进行治疗,由于在软组织切口、截骨线位置、口鼻瘘关闭、植骨、缝合方面的改进,使矫治唇腭裂患者继发面中部畸形的临床效果更趋于完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Lefort I osteotomy is not able to correct the deficiency in suborbital and paranasal area, to close the oronasal fistula, to repair the cleft alveola, to unite separated maxilla when correcting the secondary mid-face deformities in cleft patients. In this paper, the authors use high level Lefort I osteotomy, bone grafting in the cleft area and oronasal fistula closing simultaneously. This combined method overcomes the shortcomings above by the improvement on the bone cut level, the closing technique of oronasal fistula, the bone grafting and the suture technique.更多还原
