急性出血坏死性胰腺炎时氧自由基与胰外器官损伤关系的实验研究
Relation between Oxygen-derived Free Radical and Extrapancreatic Organs Injury in Acute Hemorrhagic Necrotizing Pancreatitis
【摘要】 通过对大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)动物模型的观察发现:血、肝、心、肺、脑、肾等组织内丙二醛均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01~0.05);胰组织内丙二醛与上述各组织内丙二醛含量呈正相关(r=0.527~0.789,P<0.001),与血红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性呈明显负相关(r=-0.762P<0.001),同时各器官在病理形态上均有不同程度的改变.研究表明,氧自由基在AHNP及其胰外器官损伤过程中起着重要作用,为临床胰腺炎的研究提供了一定的理论基础和实验依据。
【Abstract】 From a model of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis wistar rat observation,we discover that MDA in serum,hepatic,pulmonary,cardia, cerebral,renal tissues is obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01~0.05).MDA in pancreatic tissue is positively correlated with that of other tissues (r=0.527~0.789, P< 0.00l) and negatively correlated with RBC SOD activity(r=-0.762,P<0.00l).Every organ has different pathologic change. The study indicates that oxygen-derived free radicals play on importantrole in AHNP and extra-pancreatic organs injury. This study offers some theoretic ideas andexperimental data for the research of clinical acute pancreatitis.
