硬锌真空蒸馏富集锗、铟的研究

【摘要】 锗、铟常赋存于铅,锌矿中。硬锌是火法冶炼铅锌过程中的副产物,其主要成分是铅、锌,常含锗、铟等。为综合回收其中的有价金属,用真空炉蒸馏出锌和锌铅合金,使锗、铟富集蒸馏残渣中,即得到锗(铟)精矿。硬锌真空蒸馏,在真空度66~106Pa,温度1000℃,恒温蒸馏40~100min,锗在残渣中的富集比为10.63~1520倍,直收率9726%~94.09%,铟的富集比大于9.5倍,直收率大于90%;电能消耗为1490~2000kWh/t硬锌。

【Abstract】 Ge,Inalways associates with lead-Zinc ore. Hard-zinc is the by-products in thepyromentallurgy process of lesd-zinc.Its other elememts.Ge and In richs in residue by vacuum furnancedistillating to separate zinc and zinc-lend alloy. so as to obtain Ge and In concentrated ore.The rich ration of Ge in the distillated residue is 10.63-15.26 times、direct recovery ration is97.26 94.09%,at the condition of lead-zinc distillating:vacuum degree 66-106Pa,temperature 1000℃,constant temperature time is 40 106Pa. The rich raatio of In is more than 9.5 times,direct recovery ratio ismore than 90%power consumption is 1500 2000 kwh/thrd zine.
