人类蓝斑TH样神经元的发育(免疫细胞化学研究)
THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOCUS COERULEUS TH-LIKE NEURONS IN THE HUMAN FETUS IMMUNOCYTOCHEMICAL STUDY
【摘要】 本实验用抗酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)免疫细胞化学ABC法系统地观察了人胎蓝斑内TH样神经元的分布及形态。结果证实:①蓝斑TH样神经元在人类胚胎第四个月时已经出现。②TH样神经元的数目随胎龄的增长而逐渐增多,以胎龄四至五个月增加显著,TH样神经元的密度,胚胎早期升高,晚期随胎龄的增长而逐渐下降。③蓝斑TH样神经元主要分布在蓝斑的背侧部,少量较大的细胞位于蓝斑的腹侧部。④蓝斑TH样神经元开始出现时为圆形或卵圆形,五至六个月以锥形、梭形细胞为主,七至八个月则以棱形、多角形为主。胞浆随胎龄的增长逐渐增多,胞核与胞浆之比随胎龄增长逐渐变小,胞突由宽短,表面粗糙变为细长而平滑。结果提示:人胎蓝斑移植,以胎龄4个月作供体较适宜。
【Abstract】 The chanegs of the distribution and morphologe of TH-like neurons in the human fetus locus coeruleus have been observed systematically with the anti-tyrosine hydroxylase immunocytochemistry Avidin-Biotin Peroxidase complex (ABC)method in this experiment. The results were as follows: 1.The neurons showing TH immunoreacivity are fist found in the locus coeruleus at the fourth month embryonic.2.The number of neurons labeled for enzyme increases gradually with fetal ages, especially obviously from fourth to fifth month embryonic. The density of neurons labeled for enzyme increases in early embryonic and decreases gradually with fetal ages in late embrgonic.3.The neurons-containing tyrosine hydroxylase are mainly located in the dorsal of locus coeruleus. A few larger neurons labeled for enzyme are located in the ventral of locus coeruleus.4.Most of neurons labeled for tyrosine hydroxylase look like round and oval perikary at the fourth month embryonic;mainly like pyramidal and spindle appearance from the fifth to sixth month embryonic and spindle and angular appearance from the seventh to eighth month embryonic. The cytoplasm of neurons labeled for enzyme increases gradually with the development of the embryonic. The rate between nuclear and cytoplasm becomes small with the development of the embryonic. The cytoplasm processes have been changed from short -broad and rough in surface into long-thin and smooth.These results suggest that the cells of locus coeruleus in human embryohic of the fourth month seems fitter graft.
