【摘要】 本实验采用离体兔心房标本测定了三种强心甙的正性肌力作用效能（即加强心肌收缩力的最大效应）。实验结果表明，毒毛旋花子甙Ｋ、西地兰和地高辛的效能是不同的，当达到最大效应时，可使兔心房标本的收缩振幅比给药前分别增加６６．３、４２．９和３８．０％。这些差别有显著的统计学意义，其中毒毛旋花子甙Ｋ是最有效的正性肌力药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this tudy the effect of three glycosides on their inotropic action was tested with isolated rabbits’ atria.The results indicated that the effect of strophanthine K,lanatoside C and digoxin was different. When their maximal efficiercy was obtained, strophanthine K, lanatoside C and digoxin could increase the amplitude of contraction by 66.3,4.29 and 38.0% respectively in the isolated rabbits’ atria.The difference are statistically significant. Of these three glycosides strophanthine K is the most effective inotropic drug.更多还原
