【Abstract】 Serum adenosine deaminase (AD) activity is considered an indicator in routine diagnosis of hepatic diseases. In this paper,HPLC is used to determine inosine instead of using the classical ammonia method.The basic experiment was designed to determine the retention time of standard samples, serum concentration and substrate specific property. 34 Healthy indivduals were tested and the normal AD value was found to be 0.255±0.075.The authors hold that HPLC has more advantages such as high accuracy, good reproducibility and easy operation, and can also be used to determine serum uric acid, which can help the diagnosis of renal diseases and gout in the aged.更多还原
