【摘要】 大鼠胃内注入０．２ＮＮａＯＨ可引起胃粘膜损伤，小柴胡汤、香砂六君子汤１０ｇ／ｋｇ预先灌胃给药对胃粘膜有明显的保护作用。对此两方影响大鼠胃液分泌及胃粘液屏障的研究结果表明：两方经十二指肠给药均能显著抑制正常大鼠的胃液分泌量、总酸排出量及胃蛋白酶活性，并增加胃壁结合粘液量。提示：此两方对胃粘膜具有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Injury of the rat gastric mucosa was induced by gastric perfusion of 0.2 N NaOH. The gastric perfusion of Minor Bupleurum Decoction and Xiangsha Six Gentlemen Decoction in advance with a dosage of 10 g. / kg. showed an obvious protective effect on gastric mucosa. The results of the experiment of the effect of the two decoctions on rat gastric secretion and gastric mucus barrier showed that the duodenal perfusion of the two decoctions both obviously inhibited the normal rat gastric juice secretion, total acid output and the activity of pepsase, and at th same time,increased the amount of conjugated mucus of gastric wall, which implies that the two decoctions possess certain protective effect on gastric mucosa.更多还原
