【摘要】 用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白复制家兔膜性肾小球肾炎的动物模型，并用中药肾炎益气液进行治疗。结果显示，与病理组比较，肾炎益气液治疗组肾功能损害轻，肾小球钙离子含量较低，免疫荧光强度弱，“膜性”病变轻，钉突和上皮下沉积物少。电镜图像分析表明，肾小球上皮下电子致密物体积小、数目少，肾小球毛细血管基底膜增厚程度较轻。提示，肾炎益气液可减轻肾脏病变，保护肾功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cationic bovine serum albumin (c-BSA) was used for duplicating experimental animal models of membranous glomerulonephritis and Shenyan Yiqi Decoction was used for treatment. The results showed that the damage of renal function was elleviated in the treatment group, the contents of Ca++ in glomeruli was decreased, the intensity of fluorescence was weakened, the membranous lesion of glomeruli was reduced, the number of spikes and all the morphometric data of the subepithlial dense deposite were decreased, the thickness of GBM was thinned, as compared with those in the pathological group.The results suggested that Shenyan Yiqi Decoction could alleviate the renal lesion and protect renal function.更多还原
