大庆乘风庄污水回用工程获成功

【摘要】 大庆乘风庄污水处理厂是目前我国最北部的城市污水处理厂,主要处理乘风庄地区的生活污水和少量工业废水,规模为30000m3/d,采用一级沉淀,二级活性污泥法和三级过滤的工艺流程,最终出水COD=50~70mg/L,BOD5=13~25mg/L,SS=2~5mg/L,用作油田回注水.工程总投资4500万元,运行费为0.4~0.6元/m3污水.该工程的成功经验表明,在设计中充分考虑低温的不利影响,即使在北方寒冷地区二级生化处理也能达到令人满意的效果.

【Abstract】 Chengfengzhuang Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 30 thousand cubic meters per day to treat the domestic sewage with small quantity of industrial wastewater in Chengfengzhuang district of Daqing city, Heilongjiang province, North-east China is a urban wastewater treatment plant situated in the most northern latitude in this country. It is a tertiary treatment plant with primary sedimentation, activated sludge and filtration processes. The effluent of this plant with COD = 50 -70mg/l, BOD5 = 13-25mg/l and SS = 2-5mg/l is recharged to the oil field. The total investment of this plant is 45 million RMB and the operating fee costs 0. 4-0. 6 RMB per cubic meter of treated wastewater. The successful experience of this project shows that if the low temperature effect has been taken in consideration sufficiently in design stage satisfied result could be obtained by biological treatment even in the northern cold region.
