【摘要】 济南市污水处理厂消化池为三维变曲面蛋形壳体，目前为亚洲第一大池，采用后张有粘结双向预应力技术，施工中首次应用ＯＶＭ游动锚具和环向变角张拉工艺，竖向采用自下而上的整束机械穿束工艺。实践证明，这种新技术是可行的，且能减轻劳动强度，保证工程质量，提高工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digestion tank of the Jinan Sewerage Treatment Plant has been designed of an eggshaped 3-dimension hyperbolic paraboloid shell prestressed concrete structure and proclaimed as the largestone in Asia.It is constructed with a 2-way post-tensioning with bond method. and it is the first time everadopted with the movable OVM anchorage and the angular ring changing prestress technology.Verticallyform bottom to top.the mechanical tensioning method has been used in construction.It is to be specificallynoted that this advanced technology of shell construction has been proved of practical feasibility. i. e. withcharacteristice of manual labour saving. and high quality pledging as well as good efficiency boosting.更多还原
