烧碱生产线集成化智能故障诊断系统的研究
Research and Development on Integrated Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System for Caustic Production Line
【摘要】 本文结合某化工厂烧碱生产线,讨论了复杂化工过程诊断问题求解的分解诊断策略,并对集成化智能故障诊断系统的原理、结构、功能和实现等问题进行了较详细的阐述。此外,还论述了面向对象的元知识表达方法及其在本系统中的应用。
【Abstract】 Based on a case study for a caustic production line in a chemical plant, this paper discusses the architecture and implementation of integrated intelligent fault diagnosis system for chemical industry, a decomposition diagnostic stragery for comples chemical system is proposed, as well as a knowledge-based method.called integrated intelligent fault diagnosis, and a method of object -oriented meta -knowledge representation and its inference strategy are discussed in this paper.
