【摘要】 受卫生部委托,桂林医学院举办了一年一期的口腔医学进修班,为滇、黔、湘、桂四省(区)培养少数民族口腔医学进修生.自1985年以来,连续办班8届.从反馈信息表明,进修后学员们对口腔疾病的诊治与预防能力明显增强,在为当地群众的服务中发挥了良好的作用,达到了卫生部预订的办班目标.引起了世界卫生组织的极大关注与支持.成绩取得的原因是:1.办班有正确的指导思想和明确的培养目标;2.争取得到各级领导的重视和有关部门的配合与支持;3.认真组织生源;4.坚持少而精、理论联系实际的教学原则;5.充分发挥教员的主导作用;6.加强对学员进行政治思想教育等.更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1985, we have been running Advanced Training courses for stomatologists from Minority Areas in Guilin Medical College. Each course lasts one year and the trainees come from minority Areas of Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and Guangxi provinces and autonomous region. The feeback shows trainees, having studied in the course, have greatly improved in their knowledge and skill.
