【摘要】 利用普通线阵探头显示病灶，穿刺针从探头一端斜行进针（端侧法）进行超声引导下芽刺术。对１３２例患者共１５３个病灶进行穿刺，结果１５１个病灶穿刺中能清晰显示进针过程，显示率为９８．７％。此法直观、准确、安全，值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原
