钢和铸铁激光相变硬化层的残余应力研究

【摘要】 对钢和铸铁中激光相变硬化引起的残余应力现象进行了研究。结果表明,激光相变硬化层中的残余压应力是普遍存在的现象。激光能量密度P/D_b~v对残余应力的大小有很大影响,且对具有不同原始组织的材料,影响的规律也不同。推导了激光相变硬化层的残余应力公式,并对实验结果进行了分析讨论。

【Abstract】 The behaviours of residual stresses induced by laser transformation hardening in steel and cast iron are studied.The experimental results show that the residual compressive stresses existed in the laser hardened case are universal phenomena.It is found that great effects have been made on the values of residual stresses with change the laser energy density P/D_bv, and the affecting trends are also different for the different materials with different prior structure. The formula of residual stress in laser transformation hardened case is inferred, and the experimental results are discussed.
