ZnO/HZSM-5对环戊烷芳构化催化性能的研究

【摘要】 运用连续流动法研究了ZnO/HZSM-5对环戊烷芳构化的催化性能.在HZSM-5中添加ZnO增强了催化剂的抗积炭性能,用脉冲微反技术测定了其催化活性,并测得不同温度下环戊烷在ZnO(1%)/HZSM-5上的表观反应速率常数,自表观活化能和色谱法测得的吸附热,求得表面反应活化能为131.2kJmol-1.

【Abstract】 The catalytic behavior of ZnO/HZSM-5 catalysts in aromatization of cyclopentane has been studied by con-tinuous-flow method. As a result of addition of ZnO to HZSM-5, the anticoking behavior of the catalysts is en-hanced. The catalytic activity of the catalysts has been determined by the pulse microreaction technique,and the apparent reaction rate constant of cyclopentane on ZnO (1 % ) /HZSM-5 at various temperatures has been ob-tained. From the adsorption heat btoained by chromatography and the apparent activation energy,the activation energy of surface reaction has been calculated,the value is 131. 2KJ/mol.
