三乙烯二胺合成工艺研究
RESEARCH ON THE SYNTHESIS PROCESS OF TRIETHYLENEDIAMINE
【摘要】 以磷酸氢镊为催化剂,水为稀释剂,采用乙醇胺、二乙醇胺等摩尔进料,在管式反应器内合成三乙烯二胺,得到其适宜的工艺条件。转化率、选择性分别可达35%~51%、60%~71%。
【Abstract】 Abstract Favourable process conditions are sug-gested by researching on the synthesis processof triethylenediamine(TEDA)in this paper. The TEDA was synthesized in the tubereactorby the reaction of ethanolamine with di-ethanolamine in equal mole quantity,SrHPO4and H2O were used as a catalyst and a diluentrespectively. The conversion and selectivityreached 35%~51%and 60%~71%respec-tively.
