氯苄催化双羰基化合成苯丙酮酸的研究
STUDY ON THE DOUBLE CARBONYLATION OF BENZYL CHLORIDE CATALYZEDBY Co2(Co)8 AFFORDING TO PHENYLPYRUVIC ACID
【摘要】 在叔丁醇和氢氧化钙存在下,八羰基二钻催化氯节与一氧化碳经一步双羰基化反应生成苯丙酮酸。苯丙酮酸的产率达90%,选择性为93%。并考察了反应温度、一氧化碳压力、溶剂和芳环上取代基等因素对氯苄双羰基化反应的影响。
【Abstract】 Abstract Phenylpyruvic acid was obtained by thedouble carbonylation of benzyl chloride withcarbon monoxide catalyzed by Co2(CO)8 in aCa(OH)2/t-BuOH mixture. The yield ofphenylpyruvic acid is upon to 90%。 The influ-ence of reaction temperature,CO pressure,sol-vent and the substituent effect are also dis-cussed in detan.
