多目标决策的分步筛选法及船型论证实践
A Fractional Sieve Method for MCDM and the Practice of Ship Type’s Demonstration
【摘要】 在多目标问题的寻优和决策时,在诸目标函数非劣解集中,通过限定其与目标函数最优值的允许误差来反映决策者的偏好。对最为重要的目标函数,其允许误差应最小。随着目标函数重要性的减小,其允许误差可逐渐放宽。经过这种反映决策者偏好的处理办法,将能获得一组可行解,称偏好满意解。然后根据分步筛选原理,遵照一定的准则计算诸方案的优序数和全优序数,对所有偏好满意解排序。排在最前面的偏好满意解为最佳协调解。应用该方法对三峡工程中所需水泥运输系统和船型进行的论证实践已在微饥上实现。
【Abstract】 When carrying out the optimum search and decision of multiobject ,fhe deciders’ preference can be reflected by limiting the allowable error in the noninferior group of multiobjec-tive functions. The allowable error for the most importance of objective .function must be the smallest and the less the importance of objective function ,the less limit the allowable error. A group of feasible solutions named prefer - satisfactory solutions can be obtained by applying this process method. Therefore, according to a fractional sieve principle,this paper calculates the optimal coefficient and sum optimal coefficient of every scheme and puts all prefer satisfactory solutions in order. The solution in front is the best compromise solution. The practice demonstration of the water transport system and ship type for cerment transport in the Three Gorge project by applying this method is realized on computer.
