【摘要】 报道了冻伤对大鼠血浆中前列环素和血栓素（ＴＸＡ＿２）的代谢产物６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ＿（１α）（Ｐ）和ＴＸＢ＿２（Ｔ）含量的影响。冻伤后大鼠血浆中６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ＿（１α）和ＴＸＢ＿２含量均发生明显改变，其改变程度与冻伤程度有密切关系；重度冻伤组工至冻后７ｄ，血浆中Ｔ／Ｐ比值仍显著高于正常对照组。表明冻伤可使血管内皮细胞和血小板的正常生理功能受到影响，血液凝固性增加导致血液循环障碍最终引起局部组织坏死。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results demonstrated that there are obvious changes of the contents of 6-keto-PGF_1αand TXB₂,which are closely related to the degrees of cold injury. In severe frostbitten group, the value of T/P is higher thanthat of the normal control group till 7 days after injury. It is suggested that the function of endothelium andplatelet was affected by cold injury, leading to the dysfunction of blood coagulability and necrosis of local tissueultimately.更多还原
