用有限元法计算35CrMo钢大锻件淬火过程的瞬态温度场
Calculation of the Temperature Field of 35CrMo Steel Large Forging in Quenching Process Using Finite Element Method
【摘要】 根据大锻件的特点及其淬火过程的复杂性,本文提出了用有限元法计算锻件淬火过程中温度场的传热学数学模型。应用TTT曲线的回归方程及孕育期叠加原理,对大锻件淬火过程非等速冷却过程中奥氏体组织转变进行判断。计算过程中所涉及的热物性值,如比热、导热系数、换热系数等,均采用分段线性回归处理,相变潜热则采用温升法处理。对35CrMo钢350mm的长圆柱体锻件进行了计算,并测定了温度场及组织分布。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model is developed to discribe the heat transport process of large forging in quenching process,and a finite element program is designed to calculate the temperature field of 35CrMo steel large forging in quenching process. To verify this program, an experiment for measuring the temperature field of 35CrMo steel large forging in actual quenching process was carried out. It is demonstrated that the computed results by this program are in agreement with the experimental results.
