铝合金激光表面强化工艺
Laser Handening of Aluminium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了一种新的铝合金激光表面强化工艺。硬铝合金在经适当的预处理后,选择合适的工艺参数进行激光表面强化处理可使硬化区的硬度由原来的130HV提高到530HV。此外,还系统地研究了工艺参数对硬化区尺寸的影响,工艺参数与硬化区显微硬度的关系,激光硬化区的显微组织变化及化学成分的能谱分析等。该工艺为铝合金的激光表面硬化开辟了一条新途径。
【Abstract】 A new laser surface hardening technology of aluminium alloy was examined in this paper. After proper conditioning and laser parameters were selected,laser hardening was performed on LY12. Microhardness is increased from l3OHV to 532HV in hardening region. The influence of 1aser parameters on the size of hardening region, the relationship of the parameters with microhardness in hardening region, and the composition of hardening region etc were investigated. This technology gives a new way for laser hardening of aluminium alloys.
