粉末法RE-B共渗工艺及性能的研究
Technology and Properties of Pack RE-boronizing
【摘要】 采用正交法进行了试验方案的设计,系统地研究了粉末法RE-B共渗工艺,得到了具有最佳催渗效果的RE-B共渗工艺。试验还观察了渗层的显微组织,测定了渗层的显微硬度和耐磨性,并与单纯渗B的进行了比较。结果表明,粉末法RE-B共渗工节优于单纯渗B工艺。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the technology of pack RE-boronizing. The most effective REboronizing agent is obtained through rectangular method. The microstructure,micro-hardness and wear resistance of the RE-boronized and boronized layer were also compared, and the result showed that pack RE-boronizing is better than single boronizing.
