【摘要】 研制适用于特定鱼种类的精制饲料是鱼类营养研究中主要的基本前提之一。本试验通过几种饲料的对比饲喂，由草鱼稚鱼生长效果的比较分析证实，饲料１＃较适合于用作进行草鱼稚鱼营养学研究的精制饲料。该饲料具有良好的增重效果及饲料系数，蛋白质效率及蛋白质转换率较高，从而加强了机体的能量及蛋白质积累。实验结果还表明，草鱼稚鱼的生长效果和其饲料含脂量及脂肪源有密切关系，为此有必要对其利用饲料脂肪的能力作深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of an adequate purified diet is the first important step for the determination of nutrient requirements of any fish species.Using 3 different purified diets(diet #1,2 and 3)and a commercial diet,the experiment showed that diet #1 was more suitable for studying nutritional requirements of juvenile grass carp. Fish fed diet #1 had the highist body weight increase, protein efficiency and protein deposited, and the lowest feed coefficient. It was also shown that growth of juvenile grass carp was closely related with diet lipid level and fatty acids composition .更多还原
