脱氢酶在心肌细胞的定位及缺血后的变化
THE LOCALIZATION OF DEHYDEOGENASE IN MYOCARDIAL CELLS AND THEIR ISCHEMIC CHANGES
【摘要】 以NBT或MTT两种四唑盐作为受氢体,做了三种脱氢酶(SDH.LDH.G6PDH)在心肌细胞的定位.正常心肌中SDH只定位在线粒体,以MTT所显示SDH阳性线粒体十分丰富.在心肌细胞纵断.它们整齐地排列在肌丝区(肌原纤维)之间,其间隔排列与肌丝区的横纹似乎有关.在正常条件下线粒体以外的细胞器无SDH活性.LDH和G6PDH以组化方法也定位在心肌细胞的线粒体,但显示的形态与SDH反应有所不同.结扎冠状动脉左心室支30分钟后.脱氢酶方法可显示心肌细胞闰盘变宽.细胞肿胀、肌丝断裂,线粒体排列紊乱减少.缺血后电针组心肌细胞还有线粒体排列紊乱等病变.但比不针刺组要好.
【Abstract】 Both MTT and NBT razohun were used is acceptors of hvdrogen the activity of succmatewere as much as the normal ones. There were some reversible pathogenic cells which might be rescued by various treating. The results showed that injured myocardial cells in the EA group were much better than those without EA group.
