高脂喂养猕猴的大脑中动脉及其中央支的光镜、电镜观察
LIGHT AND ELECTRON MICROSCOPY STUDIES ON MIDDLE CEREBRAL ARTEIES AND THEIR CENTRAL BRANCHES IN RHESUS MONKEYS WITH ATHEROGENIC DIET
【摘要】 对正常组和高脂组猕猴大脑中动脉(MCA)和中央支脑外近脑段进行光镜与电镜的比较观察,发现高脂组脑动脉的主要变化有(1)MCA内皮表面破溃,细胞器变性,空泡和囊泡增多,内皮下层水肿,平滑肌细胞及基质增多,中膜平滑肌细胞增殖;(2)中央支内皮细胞轻微损伤;(3)成年比幼年猴病变严重.以上变化为研究脑血管疾病的病因、发病机理及脑动脉硬化早期诊断治疗提供形态学资料.
【Abstract】 The young and adult healthy male rhesus monkeys in experimental group were fed with atherogenic diet for a period of 16 - 17 months and given intravenous injection of epinepheine once a week from 1 - 6 month. LM and TEM examinations that there were endothelial lesions and edema in the middle cerebral arteries. More caveolae and vesicles were found in endothelial cells. Proliferation of intima smooth muscle cells, subendothelial edema and replication of smooth muscle cells of media were also observed. Endothelial cells of the central branches of MCA were slightly injuried. Adult monkeys had more lesions than young monkeys. The result provided anatomical data for further understanding the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment in the early stage of cerebral arteriosclerosis.
