【摘要】 对30例成人干燥椎骨第2～7颈椎的下关节突厚度、相邻椎骨关节突对合厚度、关节突进钉点与横突孔外侧壁间的角度、椎弓根的长宽高度、椎弓根与椎体状面及水平面间的夹角等项指标进行了观测.通过综合分析所得结果,对颈椎后路关节突-椎弓根联合固定的可行性和螺丝钉的选择、进钉方向及深度等进行了讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study we measured the osseous structures of the articular process and the pedicle of 30 adult dry cervical vertebrae. We observed the thickness of the articular process, the angle between the puncture point and the lateral wall of the foramina transverse foramen. We also observed the width, the height, the thickness, the length of the pedicle, and the relative angles between the pedicle and the sagittal and transverse plane of the vertebral body. Based on the observation and measurement, we had a detailed discussion on the diameter and length of the screw and the direction and depth of penetration.更多还原
