【摘要】 在100例正常人的头颅CT扫描图像上运用体视学方法测定了侧脑室容量,其中50例同时运用CT部分容积分析法(PVA法)测定了侧脑室的容量.经统计分析表明,(l)二种方法间的差异无显著性;(2)20～50岁期间侧脑室容量无显著性年龄差异,男、女间的差异也不显著;(3)20～50岁正常活体成人侧脑室容量平均为91.ml,95%正常值范围为4.8～18.4ml.更多还原

【Abstract】 The lateral ventricular volume in one hundred healthy adults was estimated with simple stereological method. Meanwhile, fifty of them were also measured for the lateral ventricular volume with partial volume analysis(PVA). The results revealed that there were no significant differences between the lateral ventricular volumes measured with stereological method and PVA method. No significant sexual and age differences in the lateral ventricular volume were found in adults twenty to fifty years. The lateral ventriclar volume measured with stereological method in adults twenty to fifty years averaged 9.1 ml, ranging from 4.8 to 18.4ml in 95% of the cases.更多还原
