【摘要】 对大鼠睾丸间质细胞出生前后的发育进行了形态学观察和计量分析.睾丸经戊二醛固定,树脂包埋,半簿切片.用点取截距法求得间质细胞核的平均体积,用点计数法求得间质细胞在睾丸的体积密度和细胞的核质比.依据核的平均体积和核质比计算出细胞的平均体积.在计算睾丸的间质细胞总数时考虑了组织收缩的影响.文内对出生前后间质细胞的形态及数量变化的意义进行了讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 A histological and morphometrical study of rat Leydig cells during the fetal and neonatal stagewas performed, in which an approach for determining the Leydig cell number was mentioned.Testes were fixed in glutaraldehyde, embedded in resin, and sectioned semithinly. The volumefraction of Leydig cells (Vvlc) and the nucleo-cytoplasmic ratio (VDp) of Leydig cells weredetermined using the point count method, and the point-sampled intercept method was used toestimate the mean volume of Leydig cell nuclei (Vvlcn). From Vnp and Vvlcn the mean volume ofLeydig ceils was estimated. In determining the Leydig cell number per testis, the tissue shrinkagewas considered.更多还原
