骨坏死后骨修复过程的扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 在兔身上做成股骨头缺血坏死动物模型,扫描电镜观察骨坏死后骨修复超微立体变化、见骨修复过程中成骨细胞数日由多变少,细胞由扁平变得丰满,细胞突起渐增大,周围胶原纤维增多.成骨细胞像“蚕吐丝做茧”一样将细胞本身及突起包埋起来而转变为骨细胞,认为骨修复过程中成骨细胞来源于髓腔内

【Abstract】 Animal model of osteonecrosis of femoral head was produced in rabbits. The stereoscopic changes of the ultrastructrue of bone repair after osteonecrosis were observed under scanning elec-tron microscope. The results showed: the number of osteoblasts became less during bone repair; its shape changed from flat to round; its process enlarged gradually; collagenous fibers around osteoblasts increased; and osteoblasts with its processes were embedded like silkworms cocooning with silk and eventually changed into osteocytes. It is believed that osteoblasts come from marrow space in the course of bone repair.
