【摘要】 透射电镜下观察了5例正常成人鼻粘膜和2例炎性改变鼻粘膜的毛细血管超微结构.呼吸粘膜内有孔毛细血管位于上皮下和腺泡周围的固有膜中.上皮下有孔毛细血管的有孔区域位于邻近上 皮侧.在嗅粘膜内未观察到有孔毛细血管.在有炎性改变的粘膜内观察到不连续毛细血管.上述结果结合生理和病理进行了讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrastructure of the capillary in normal nasal mucosa and in inflammatory mucosa was observed under transmission electron microscope. In the respiratory mucosa. fenestrated capillaries were located subepithelially and around glanduar acini. The fenestrated parts of the subepithelial capillaries were found adjacent to the epithelium. No feneslrated capillaries were observed in the oltactory mucosa. The patent intercellular gaps were only observed in the inflammatory mucosa. The results were diseussed in this paper with nasal physiology and pathology.更多还原
