【摘要】 利用一种新型的比浊计（ＨＡＣＨ－２１００Ａ）测定海洋原甲藻（Ｐｒｏｒｏｃｅｎｔｒｕｍｍｉｃａｎｓ）的比生长速率，并应用于多因子的正交试验中。结果表明，该法能很好地克服一般浊度计的缺点，测定速度快，重复性好，并能与培养在同一系统上进行，是单细胞浮游藻类生长速率测定的较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type of turbidometer (HACH-2100A)was used to determine the specific growth rate(μ)of Prorocentrum micans and was applied to an experiment which testified multifactor effects.It has the advantage over ordinary turbidity techniques in quick operation and good duplication.The whole test may he performed on the same system of algal culture. Furthermore,this methodmay be applied to growth rate measurment of other phytoplankton species.更多还原
