三维曲面激光精密测量技术
Laser Two-Triangle Measuring Method of 3-D Curved Surface
【摘要】 测量三维曲面轮廓的传统方法是采用表面轮廓仪式或三坐标机。改进的方法是将激光三角测量头装在三坐标机上以代替触针,从而实现了非接触测量,但此法仍然受到三坐标机本身的限制。本文在深入研究激光三角测量原理的基础上,提出了一种三维曲面的激光双三角测量法,并给出了设计要点。
【Abstract】 Traditionally, the surface contour test instrument or three-coordinate measuring machine is used in 3-D curved surface measuring system. Now a laser triangle measuring device instead of test probe is installed on the three-coordinate measuring machine, but this method is still limited by the three-coordinate measuring machine itself. On the basis of a thoroughgoing study of the principle of laser triangle measuring method, a laser two-triangle measuring system for 3-D curved surface is described.
