【Abstract】 The waterextract of ginseng was whizzed then dialyzed.The active compound A was isolated from concentrated outer-dialysate on Bio-gel Column.The compound A was determined as Arginine by TLC, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR determination.The content of Arginine in Panax ginseng, Panax quinquefolium,P notoginseng was determined by 835 Hitachi Amino Acid Autoanalyzer.It is showed that the content of Arginine was the most in Panax quinquefolium.This compound is one of the nourishing substance.更多还原
