【摘要】 本试验以平阳霉素（Ｐｉｎｇｒｙａｎｇｍｙｃｉｎ）为诱变剂处理大麦和大豆种子，研究其诱变效应及适宜浓度。试验结果表明，平阳霉素是一种有效的诱变剂，它不仅能够引起较高频率的染色体畸变，对Ｍ１植株有较强的抑制作用，而且能够使Ｍ２产生较高频率的性状变异，为其应用于作物新品种选育提供了依据。更多还原
