【摘要】 吖啶黄素及（６０）Ｃｏγ射线单因子处理，均对小麦产生明显的损伤效应，Ｍ１的苗高、成苗率、结实率明显降低，根尖细胞染色体畸变频率、幼苗过氧化物酶活性明显增加。吖啶黄素与（６０）Ｃｏγ射线复因子处理，明显增强上述损伤效应，并且在较低浓度、较低剂量时，两者复合处理对损伤具有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The independent treatment of acriflavine and（60）￣Coγ ray has obviously damage effect to wheat,seedling height of wheat M₁,Percentase of imaginal seedling,Percentage of seed-setting is obviously decrease,Chromosomal aberration frequence of root tip cells,activity of peroxidase of seedling is obviously increase.Complex treatment of acriflavine and（60）￣Coγ ray can obviously enforce above damage effect.At lower concentration,lower dose,both complex treatment has cooperation function to damage.更多还原
