整体染色与透明技术观察菰花粉粒在水稻柱头上的萌发
Observed Pollen Germination of Wild rice on Rice Stigma by Combining whole Staining with Trensparentness Technique
【摘要】 以水稻 9208-1和2006为母本,以野生菰为父本进行属间杂交,分别在不同时间间隔采收授粉后的小花,用整体染色与透明技术相结合观察菰花粉粒在水稻柱头上的萌发。结果表明,菰花粉粒在水稻柱头上可以萌发,发芽率较低,不能进入胚囊,母本不同发芽率亦不相同。
【Abstract】 The results showed that wild rice pollen can bud on rice stigma, the rateof pollen bud is lower. The pollen tibe can’t grow into embryo sac. The ratio ofpollen germination that vary with female parent.
