60Coγ射线对红小豆的诱变效应
The Mutagenic Effect of 60Co γray on Red Bean
【摘要】 应用不同剂量的60Coγ射线辐照红小豆种子,均使M1的苗高、成株率、叶面积明显降低,根尖细胞染色体畸变频率、幼苗过氧化物酶活性明显增加;明显增加M2的叶绿素缺失突变和农艺性状突变频率。结果表明,60Coγ射线对红小豆有明显的损伤效应和诱变效应。
【Abstract】 Irradiated to red bean seeds by different dose of 60Co γ ray, M1 seedling height, mature plant rate, leaf area obviously decrease, root tip cell chromosome aberraation frequency, seedling peroxidease activity, M2 chollophyll deficient mutation and agronmic character mutation frequency obviously increase. Resuilt showed that 60Co γ ray has obviously damage effect and mutagenic effect on red bean.
