人参“最佳叶片”光照条件和光合特性的研究
Studies on Light Condition and Photosynthetic Characteristic in "the Optimum Leaves" of Panax Ginseng
【摘要】 人参“最佳叶片”生长期间的最适荫棚透光率随着不同栽培地区年平均有效积温的增加而变小。与强光下和弱光下的叶片相比较,“最佳叶片”不仅具有较高的净光合速率,同时有较低的光补偿点和较高的光饱和点,对光的光合利用能力与范围较大。“最佳叶片”的叶绿素a/b比值高于强光下和弱光下生长的叶片。
【Abstract】 The optimum light condition in "the optimum leaves" of ginseng were increased with the increase of average accumlation temperature above 15℃ yearly. "The optimum leaves" had higher net photosynthetic rate than hight light(HL) and low light(LL) leaves "were same as LL leaves and light saturation point were same as HL leaves. Chlorophyll a/b ratio in "the optimum leaves" were higher than HL and LL leaves.
