【摘要】 本文研究了60Coγ-射线和苯甲酰胺(修复抑制剂)复合处理对大麦种子的遗传效应。经方差分析,估算了7种数量性状的遗传参数(遗传力、遗传进度、遗传变异系数等)。结果表明:复合处理与60Coγ-射线单因子处理相比较前者表现出广泛的变异,同一辐射剂量,随苯甲酰胺浓度的增加,遗传参数有增大的趋势,最佳处理组合为 220Gy(γ-射线)+10mmol/L(苯甲酰胺)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiment results showed that the combination treatment gave much wider range of variation than 60Co γ-radiation alone. At the same dose of radiation, The genetic parameters increased as the concentrates of benzamide increased. The best combination was 220 Gy γ-radiation+10 mmol/L benzamide.更多还原
