二甲基亚砜对水稻幼穗愈伤组织过氧化物酶同工酶的影响
Effects of DMSO on Rice Young Ear Callus Perexidase
【摘要】 本试验研究了不同浓度的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对水稻幼穗愈伤组织过氧化物酶同工酶的影响。结果表明:二甲基亚砜浓度为0%~2%处理的,AI区过氧化物酶同工酶带数均为4条,且随着浓增大,活性依次减弱;4%处理的酶带数却增加1条,且活性增强。分化率0%~2%范围内呈递增趋势,4%处理的又降低为0。
【Abstract】 The results showed that four perexidase bands were observed for DMSO 0%-2% concentration to RYEC in AI area, and as the concentration rose, the activity of perexidase went down; but an addtional perexidase band was presented, and the activity went up for DMSO 4%. The plantlet regeneration in went up step by step, but for 4%, it went down to 0.
