横流CO2激光器中输出功率突变机理的研究

【摘要】 通过实验和理论分析，发现非激活区气体中存在两个工作点，当功率超过某阈值时，工作点将发生跳变，从而引起ＣＯ２激光器功率突变。

【Abstract】 According to the experimental and theoretical results, it is found that there aretwo operation points in the non-exited area. When the output power exceeds a threshold,the operation point skips, resulting in a sudden- change of the output power of theCOs laser.
