Na5Tm(WO4)4发光晶体的光谱特性研究
Study on Spetral Properties of Na5Tm(WO4)4 Luminescence Crystal
【摘要】 以Na2WO4为助熔剂,采用缓冷法成功地生长出新型发光晶体Na5Tm(WO4)4,晶粒尺寸为2mm×2mm×2mm。根据四方晶系面间距公式及最小二乘法,可以确定晶体的晶胞参数a=1.1386nm,c=1.1283nm,测定并分析了该晶体室温下的红外光谱、吸收光谱、发射光谱及激发光谱。根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算了Tm3+离子的吸收振子强度和配位场作用强度参数。结果表明该晶体有可能成为一类很重要的蓝色发光材料。
【Abstract】 The novel luminescence crystal,Na5Tm (WO4 )4, has been grown fromNa2WO4 melt.The single crystals as large as 2 mm × 2 mm × 2 mm were obtained.ACCotding tO formula of crystal planes space of the tetragonal system and calculation ofregtession analysis, the lattice parameters of Na5Tm (WO4)4 crystal were measured. Theirvalues are a= 1. 1386 urn, c = 1. 1283 um,c/a = 0. 991. In this Paper, the aborption,fluorescence, excitation and infrared spectra of such crystal at room temperature weremeasured and analysed at the same time, according to Judd-Ofelt theory the intensityperarneters, oscillator strengths of Tin ̄(3+)ion were measured. From these resultS it is notedthat the Na5Tm (WO4)4 crystal is a important luminescence material at blue spectral range.
