氟锆酸盐玻璃中Tm3＋离子的光跃迁
Optical Transitions of Tm￣3+ Ions in Fluorozirconate Glass
【摘要】 给出了ＺＢＬＡＮ中Ｔｍ~３＋离子的一些光谱参量（Ａｒ，β，τｍ，τｒ，△λ，σｒ）的实验和计算结果。报道了不同波长激发下Ｔｍ￣３＋离子的发射光谱（ＵＶ－ＮＩＲ）。荧光寿命和发射强度随掺杂Ｔｍ３＋浓度的变化。着重讨论了Ｔｍ￣３＋离子之间的能量转移过程。
【Abstract】 The experimental and calculation results of spetroscopic parameters(Ar,β,τm,τr,△λ,σ,)of Tm3+ ions in ZBLAN are given.Emission spectra(UV-NIR)of Tm3+ ionsunder different excitation wavelengths,the fluorescence lifetime and emission intensity as afunction of Tm3+ doped concentration were reported.Enersy transfer process between Tm3+ ions are discussed in derail.
