急性心肌梗塞病情变化与心电图Ptfv1的相关性（附50例分析）
STUDY ON CORRELATION BETWEEN ACUTE MYOCDIAC INFARCTION AND Ptfv1 OF ELECTROCARDIORAM（With 50 Cases Reported）
【摘要】 通过对５０例急性心肌梗塞病人心电图ｐ波变化的分析，发现随着病情的好转，Ｒｔｆｖ＿１负值逐渐减小，最终＞－０．０３ｍｍ·ｓ．反之，病情恶化，Ｐｔｆｖ＿１负值亦越大。作者认为可以通过观察ｐｔｆｖ＿１变化，作为了解急性心肌梗塞病人病情进展及预后评估的一个客观指征。
【Abstract】 Study on changes of P wave of ECG in 50 cases with acute myocardic infarctionshowed that nagative values of Ptfv1 were gradually decreased with improvement of the disease. Butthe nagative valuee finally were over-0.03mm·s. Otherwise, the value tended to increase with exac-erbation of the disease. Author suggeats that the change of the Ptfv1 nagative value could be a sign forevaluation of the progression and prognosis of the acute myocardiac infarction.
