【摘要】 将１０１株耐药结核菌，对５种常用抗痨药进行药敏试验分析，耐ＳＭ、ＥＭＢ、ＲＦＰ发生率超过６０％，耐ＩＮＨ为３７．６２％，耐ＰＡＳ为１．９８％；７８．２２％菌株对２种以上药物产生耐药性，２１．７８％对１种药物产生耐药性。并对结核菌产生耐药原因，如何提高抗痨治疗的疗效进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 TB drug-resistent strains were studied in order to test their drug sensi-tivity to five commonly一used drugs.60%of which were resistent to SM, EMB and RFP.37.62%strains were resistent to INH and 1.98% to PAS;78.22% strains produced resistanceto over two drugs and 2 1.7%to one drug.This article discussed the reasons of producing resis-tance and improvement in therapy.更多还原
