【Abstract】 The study selected 20 townships fromcoastal districts, suburban districts and ruralcounties of Tianjin as the sampling sites byusing stratified sampling method. 10～15 re-productive age women were randomly enrolledin each site for interview. The results of thesurvey showed that a network of family plan-ning service has heen established in ruralTianjin, and the family planning service sta- tions are playing an important role in the pro-gramme implementation. 72. 7% of the preg-nancy termination operation and 42. 5% ofIUD insertion of rural Tianjin were performedin these township family planning service sta-tions, which not only made rural women easyto access to family planning service but alsoeconomized the services. The report of theusers’ evaluation illustrated that 92. 65% ofclients was satisfied with the family planningservice, and 81. 9% of reproductive age womenwas satisfied with the technical competence offamily planning providers. 98% of interviewedwomen was happy with the contraceptive sup-plies. In addition, contraceptive knowledge,method choice, service seeking and familyplanning facilities utilization were studied inthe survey.更多还原
