【摘要】 本研究采用现场流行病学实验研究方法,对三种外用避孕药具的效果和副作用进行比较,总成功率741为88.04％,乐乐醚为89.48％,两者之间无差异,均低于避孕套(为94.99％)。总失败率包括方法失败率和使用失败率,方法失败率741和乐乐醚无差异,均高于避孕套。使用失败率分别为6.24％,5.41％和4.03％,三种药具无差别。两种药膜如能坚持并正确使用,避孕效果均可达95％以上。副作用741和乐乐醚均以局部刺激为主,约有4％～5％的妇女有阴道烧灼和外阴搔痒,还可以引起阴道粘膜充血和分泌物增多,虽为数不多,但也应加以研究改进。本研究结果为妇女选择和正确使用外用药具提供科学依据,也为今后外用药具的改进,研制提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study, using epidemiological experi-mental research method,compared the use-ef-fectiveness and side effect of three kinds ofvaginal contraceptives. The use-effectivenessof condoms, 741 (spermicide film)and the Lele-mi (NP-9) spermicide film were 94.99%,88. 04% and 89. 48% respecitively. The gener-al failure rate which includes method failureand use failure of 741 and Lelemi were 6. 24%and 5. 41%, which showed no significant dif-ference between them. The general failure ratefor condoms was lower than those of the othertwo methods. The use failure rate of the threemethods were 6. 24%, 5. 41% and 4. 03% re-spectively. No obvious difference was foundamong them. If the two kinds of spermicidefilm were used correctly, the use-effectivenessof the methods could be over 95%. The mainside effect of the two spermicide films was lo-cal irritation and 4%～5% of the users com-plained of vaglinal burning and itchy feelings.Some users reported the increased vaginal dis-charge. The results of the study provided sci-entific base for women to select and correctuse of vaginal contraceptives.更多还原
