【摘要】 对400例妇女首次进行子宫下截横切口剖腹产胎盘娩出后立即随机放置Fix-Cu220C-M与ΔTCu220C各200例,进行前瞻性临床比较性研究。结果显示Fix-Cu220C-M的妊娠率低0.5％,脱落率2.2％较ΔTCu220C的10.5％显著低(P<0.01)。与IUD有关的继续存放净累积率Fix-IUD为94.8％,较Delta-IUD的86.4％显著高(P<0.01)。剖宫产后立即放置Cu220C-M是一种安全、高效、可接受的避孕措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative study of Fix-TCu 220C-M and the Delta-TCu 220C (△TCu220C, which were inserted immediately during cesarean section at lower uterine segment by transeverse incision. The experience of 400 acceptors (200 for each type of TCu IUD),who were for the first time having such operation, was analyzed by life table technique. The pregnancy rate was 0. 5%by the end of 30 months.The expulsion rate of Fix-TCu 220-M and TCu220C were 2. 2% and 10. 5% , respectively. The former was significantly lower than the latter (P<0. 01). Removal for medical reasons were 2. 5% and 2. 6% , respectively. The net cumulative continuation rate related to IUD use were 94. 8% for Fix-IUD and 86. 4% for Delta-IUD. There was a significant difference between them (P<0. 01). The results suggested that the Fix-TCu 220C-M inserted immediately during cesarean section after placenta delivery is a safe,highly a effective and acceptable contraceptive method.更多还原
