【摘要】 本文从理论和实验两个方面研究了ＣＯ＿２激光器的输出窗口的不对称热畸变及其成因，以及由此引起的光腔失调现象

【Abstract】 Thermally induced unsymmetric optic distortion of output window of high power CO2 laser has been investigated theoretically and experimentally.This kind of distortion coild lead to resonator misalignment.
