【Abstract】 This paper reports a satisfactory trial of chinese traditional medicinal sclerosing a-gent with high power CO₂ laser and lower level He-Ne laser irradiation for radical treatment of huge sized cavernous hemangioma。 From 1980-1993 we performed 1000 cases of various kinds of cavernous hemangioma involving head and neck,oral and maxillofacial region,the extremities,etc.This newly devised treatment is simple, safe and easy to handle.The entire treatment can be per-formed in out patient department.No need of blood transfusion.No side effect with preservation of as much as possible the normal tissue and the function of the organ,The cosmetic effect is very fa-vorable.Within 20 cases of huge sized cavernous hemangloma,4 typical cases are presented in this paper.更多还原
